The text you enter inside each field is fully editable. Use the space bar to move text across a field, eg, if you want to centre text within a text field.  

Press Tab to jump to the next field, Shift Tab to jump backwards, Enter to drop to a new line, or simply click into any section you want to update. Checkboxes are ticked by selecting the box and pressing Enter, or by clicking or tapping into them. Once you’re done, save your document and either print it or keep using it digitally. 

If you prefer handwriting, you can also print the template and fill it out with pen or pencil.
