No physical shipping applies to any products sold by Deco Formes. All products are digital downloads delivered electronically.
File Formats
Our digital products are provided as PDF files. Please ensure your device supports the required format before purchasing.
Instant Delivery Upon completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a download link to access your files. Downloads are also available directly from your order confirmation page. There is a download limit of 1 download per product. Once your product has been downloaded, your download link will expire. If you do not download your product, your link will expire after 1 day.
Delivery Issues If you experience any issues accessing your download, please check the following:
- Check your spam or junk folder for the delivery email
- Ensure you are logged in to the account used at checkout
- Check that your download link has not expired
