FAQ's

Once you place an order and complete payment, you will receive an order confirmation email, and then a separate email containing a link to a file library page on our website, from where you can instantly download your product. If you do not see these emails within a few minutes, check your junk folder. Your document will download to the Downloads folder on your device. You can use your product across your own devices as many times as you like, but please read the Terms of Use on each product page for guidance on what is not permitted. Failure to comply with the Terms of Use may result in legal action.

There are two types of products available at Deco Formes: fillable templates, and printable graphic artwork that does not have fillable fields.

Fillable templates: Open the template in either Adobe Acrobat or the default PDF reader on your device. Tap or click into a blank field on the template. Headings are generally not editable, but the blank content spaces beneath headings can be filled in and edited. To move down one line, press Enter. To move to the next editable field, press Tab. You can also click or tap directly into any editable field in any order. Save your document and either print it or use it directly on your device. You can also print the template and fill it out with a pen or pencil.

Printable graphic artwork: Open the file in either Adobe Acrobat or the default PDF reader on your device. Print the file on your home printer, or take it to a professional print shop. All products are designed at A4 or US Letter size. When printing, select "Fit to Page" to prevent any clipping of the design. You can print to a larger paper size by selecting the chosen size in your print options and also selecting "Fit to Page", however be aware that upscaling may result in slightly soft-looking graphics, as resolution decreases when artwork is enlarged. You may notice a white border around the artwork after printing, unless your printer supports edge-to-edge printing. If this bothers you, simply trim the border off.

Our products are limited to one download per purchase. Please ensure your device supports PDF files before purchasing. Your file will automatically download to the Downloads folder on your device — we recommend saving it to a safe location straight away. If you experience any issues with your download, please contact us at our contact page and we'll be happy to assist.

As all products sold by Deco Formes are digital downloads, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once a purchase has been completed and the product has been delivered. This is due to the nature of digital goods, which cannot be "returned" once accessed or downloaded. We encourage you to carefully review all product descriptions, previews, and file format details before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about a product prior to purchasing, please contact us — we're happy to help. Our digital products are provided as PDF files. Please ensure your device supports the required format before purchasing.

Adobe Acrobat Reader is a free app compatible with most devices that fully supports fillable form fields in interactive PDFs. There are other desktop and mobile PDF readers that also handle PDF documents, such as Foxit PDF Reader or Apple Preview. Web browsers like Chrome and Microsoft Edge also open PDF documents.

If you're experiencing issues with your product, here are a few things to try:

• Check your PDF reader — make sure you're using a compatible app such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, Foxit PDF Reader, or a modern web browser like Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
• Check your device — some mobile browsers have limited support for fillable PDF fields. For the best experience, open the file in a dedicated PDF app.

You can add text to any blank fillable field on your template. You generally cannot change headings, colours, or design elements on the template, nor can you change spacing, the font, or the identification stamp on the template.
