Tips for getting the most out of your Deco Formes products
We want your experience with our templates and artwork to feel smooth from the moment you place an order. After checkout, you’ll receive two emails: one confirming your purchase, and another with a link to your personal file library on our website. From there, you can instantly download your product. If the emails don’t appear within a few minutes, it’s worth having a quick look in your junk folder.
Your files will save to the Downloads folder on your device, and you’re welcome to use them across your own devices as often as you like. Each product page includes a short Terms of Use section that explains what’s allowed and what isn’t, so you can feel confident you’re using your items correctly.
At Deco Formes, you’ll find two main types of products: fillable templates and printable graphic artwork. Here’s a quick guide to how each one works.
Fillable templates
These templates are designed to be flexible and easy to use. Open the file in Adobe Acrobat or your device’s default PDF reader, then click or tap into any blank field to start typing. Headings are usually fixed, and the fields themselves keep their original styling and placement, but the text you enter inside each field is fully editable. Use the space bar to move text across a field, for example, if you want to centre text within a text field.
You can move around the template however you prefer—press Enter to drop to a new line, Tab to jump to the next field, or simply click into any section you want to update. Once you’re done, save your document and either print it or keep using it digitally. If you prefer handwriting, you can also print the template and fill it out with pen or pencil.
Printable graphic artwork
These files are ready for printing at home or through a professional print shop. Open the artwork in Adobe Acrobat or your usual PDF viewer, then print at A4 or US Letter size. Choosing “Fit to Page” helps ensure the full design prints without clipping.
If you’d like to print on a larger paper size, you can select your preferred size in your print settings and again choose “Fit to Page”. Just keep in mind that enlarging artwork can soften the graphics slightly. Some printers also leave a small white border around the edges; if you’d prefer a clean finish, you can trim this off after printing.
